Q. When will I receive my "Ready to Go" order?

A. Immediately! You will get access to your order on a web page immediately upon completion of your order. Your order will also be emailed to you. You should receive the email within minutes. We recommend that you check your email before you close the window which contains your speech.

Q. How many "Ready to Go" speeches or toasts etc will I receive?

A. The number you will receive varies from product to product. Most Best Man packs contain 10 complete speeches and 3 poems. Most other packs contain between 3 and 7 speeches except persuasive and informative sets which contain 1 speech and 1 poem.

Q. Where are my Ready to Go speeches that I ordered an hour ago?

A. Your order, together with a receipt from Worldpay, was emailed to the address that you entered. If you have not received either then it is likely that there is a problem with your email account or that you entered an incorrect email address. You can check your email account by sending an email to youself. Alternatively, you may click here to view your order online right now.

Q. What happens if I don't like my speeches?

A. We provide a money back guarantee on our Ready-to-Go range. As our personalized speeches are written in such close consultation with our clients we simply adjust them to suit should you have a problem.

If you do not receive this email then it is unlikely that we have received it either or that we do not have a correct email address for you. A. Yes, We use industry standard systems to protect your credit card information. We don't receive the credit card information. It goes directly to our payment processor partner Worldpay and Natwest a leading financial institution.
